Newbie VIP can be received up to level 70 (from 20) by killing 250 monsters in TwinCity map
Note! Newbie VIP will no longer benefit from x2 exp when being plvled (still applies when killing monsters on your own)
- For plvling waters, free double exp from TC should be used up to level 70, then use normal double exp pots
